New Mothers Project
The New Mothers Project offers a place of safety and love for unwed mothers. It accommodates pregnant mothers as they wait to give birth. Life skills are held to prepare the new moms to make the right choices for their new born babies. It is important at this critical time of their lives to be part of a supportive and caring community.
This project is situated at our Hands of Compassion Community in Lanseria. We offer:
- Medical supervision at our Clinic
- Preparation for birth lessons
- Life skills training
- Christian counseling
- Post adoption counseling
- Training to equip new mothers to be good mothers
- Re-unification of families
Application Procedure:
An appointment for an interview needs to be made.
Please bring the following to the interview
Your application will be forwarded to a panel.
Applicants may apply up to their 8th month of pregnancy, and may stay for 2 months after delivery.
